The adventures of printing

Today Jennie and Naomi Spent the afternoon editing and printing tests of our new ‘prints’ from this years calendar art work. The originals art work is scanned into the computer, edited and then it can be put into files for printing up. However, there is about a thousand different print options all of which gets slightly deferent colour, sharpness, saturation and so on. It takes a lot of paper, ink and sanity to try and get just one print correct. And every time we feel we are getting to understand the printer, something happens to make us realise that we are in fact in some ways out of our depth of knowledge.
